Detailed Experience & Tips
Round 2: TR + MR + HR Interview Technical Interview (30 to 35min)
3 short coding questions (array manipulation, string operations).
A System Design Question – Design an automated delivery app with no human intervention.
I explained architecture and automation workflows.
Managerial Round(5 to 7min)
The MR was more of a counter-question and situational discussion.
Topics included:
Justification of project decisions from my resume.
Situational questions such as handling tight deadlines, conflict in a team.
Some questions repeated from the technical round but asked from a managerial perspective to check consistency.
Stress-testing and How do you prioritize tasks?”
HR Round(5 to 7min)
The HR was relatively short but included typical questions like:
Are you open to relocation and flexible timings?
Some situational and repetitive questions were also asked, similar to MR, but focused more on personality and cultural fit.
Detailed Experience
The whole process was smooth but slightly exhausting as Technical, MR, and HR were on the same day.
The Technical round tested core knowledge (DSA, OOPs, DBMS, system design).
The MR round focused on management skills, decision-making, and counter-questions to check confidence.
The HR round checked attitude, adaptability, and communication.
Practicing regularly on LeetCode for coding and going through PrepInsta & GFG for aptitude helped a lot. Reviewing basics from TPoint and W3Schools made it easier to answer theory-based questions.
Difficulty Level: Medium to Hard
